Features added to Person Applications:

The following features have been added to Person Applications:

Added Start Month and End Month Column in Employment Navigation

Users will now see the "Start Month" and "End Month" columns added to the Employment sub-navigation within the "Resume Info" navigation of Person Applications (Applicant, New Hire, Employee). This addition ensures that the required employment duration information is readily available in the navigation.

Changes Made in I-9 Supplement B

With the latest update, the following changes have been made in I-9 Supplement B:

• Fields filled in the I-9 form are now automatically copied to the corresponding fields in the Supplement B section while complying with the exportable I-9 document.
• The Document Number and Valid Until date in the supporting document uploaded in Supplement B are automatically updated. 

The availability date of an Employee is visible in their snapshot

Users can now see the Last Available Date and Next Available Date of an employee in their snapshot under ‘Available’.

Background Check Status Enhancements

This document outlines the enhancements to the Background Check Status feature, including the addition of a "Valid Until" date, a "Review Status" column with specific statuses, and a new tile for "Review Stage Background Checks."

With the latest update, the following changes have been made to the Background Check Status:

Valid Until Date:

• A "Valid Until" date is now included in the Background Check Status, similar to the Assessment date.

  Review Status Column:

• A new "Review Status" column has been added. This column includes the following statuses:
  • Qualified
  • Unqualified
  • Blank (in case of No Call back)
• Users can manually change the status from Review if required.

Review Stage Background Checks Tile:

• A new tile named "Review Stage Background Checks" has been added to NHO and EIS.
• This status is treated as completed and is not included in the Incomplete Background Checks tile.
