# Assignment Management System

## Features added to AMS

The following features have been added to the Assignment Management System (AMS):

### **Streamlining Bulk End Assignments: Past Dates, Exceptions, and Validations**

**1. Past Dates for Bulk End Assignment:**

- Users can now enter past dates when ending assignments in bulk, ensuring accurate records for assignments that concluded earlier.

**2. Bulk Assignment Exception Checks:**

- Similar to individual assignment ending, bulk actions will now trigger exception checks for various scenarios. This includes the exceptions for when E-Verify is not complete, Bank Account Number is Invalid, I9 is going to expire, and when the Customer's AR balance has exceeded the credit limit.

**3. Prevent Invalid End Dates:**

- To maintain data integrity, the system will prevent users from selecting an end date that falls before the assignment's start date. If this occurs, the end date field will remain blank, prompting manual entry of a valid date.
