# Recruitment Application Common Features

## Common Features for ATS, NHO and EIS

The following are the Common Features for Applicant Tracking System, New Hire Onboarding and Employee Information System:

### Updates to I-9

I-9 Dates are updated each time a new I-9 or Section 2 is verified. I-9 Dates are only updated in the following scenarios:

- Previous I-9 has expired.
- Employee has re-onboarded.

### A new standalone task is added for I-9 Supplement B

Users can now utilize the new Standalone I-9 Supplement B task form which will allow users to only use Supplement B as a separate entity when required.

If a receipt is submitted in I-9 and its Original Document is submitted in Supplement B, an exception is sent to the recent I9 document.

### Note during Background checks

During the background check process, users can edit previously conducted background checks. In the screening section of the EIS module, users can view a column labeled "Note" This feature allows users to leave a note while editing an employee's background check.
