# Job Candidate Management

## Features added to JCM

The following features have been added to Job Candidate Management (JCM):

### "Job Candidate Outreach" tile now available in JCM.

‘Job candidate Outreach’ tile has been added in JCM application. This tile shows the data of the candidates based on following:

1. Candidates who have been in Current stage from 5-30 days.
2. Candidates who are not in the Final stage of the respective JCM workflow.

This tile's primary function is to display a list of candidates who require user outreach to inquire about their prolonged inactivity
