The following are the Overall common features in Zenople. 

Optimized Tile Statistics Retrieval

Zenople users can now experience faster statistics updates to load the dashboard contents. Following are the occurrences of the tile refresh interval. 

  • Yearly Tiles: The yearly tiles will now run every 24 hours for stats retrieval.   
  • Weekly tiles, and monthly tiles: Weekly tiles, and monthly tiles will have their stats retrieved every 2 hours. 
  • Daily tiles: With every change in stats, daily tiles will have their stats retrieved immediately. 
  • Other tiles rather than Yearly, Monthly, and Weekly: Stats retrieval is done Immediately without waiting.

Likewise, users can also get the information at what time the Tiles get refreshed with every tile as depicted in the image below. 

If users want to get real-time data on all the tiles, follow the below steps which will make the tiles data real-time until and unless you apply the filter. 

If you haven't used this filter, the tiles start to refresh the data based on the time and duration mentioned above.

Increased allowed length for Job Titles to 250 characters.

The length of characters allowed for Job Title has been increased to 250 characters throughout Zenople. 

Improved “Relates To” Tags of Comments for Enhanced Entity Insights. 

The "Relates To" tags associated with the following entities have been upgraded to display crucial information seamlessly to users:

  1. Job - Job | Customer
  2. Assignment – Assignment | Job Position
  3. Job Candidate – Job Candidate | Job Title

In short form, the 'Relates To' tags will additionally show the Job with the job name and customer, the Assignment with the Job Position, and the Job candidate with the Job title. 

This enhancement ensures that vital details related to these entities are readily available at a glance within the comments. The change will be reflected in the "Last Five Comments" section of the Snapshot. 

Common Features in Organization Applications (LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS)

The following are the Common features in LTS, CMS, NCO, and CMS:

Added "Last Comment Date" column in LTS, SPM, NCO, CMS, and Global Search

The "Last Comment Date" column is added in LTS, SPM, NCO, CMS, and Global Search, so that it is easier to get the information about the Organization Last Comment Date in the directories or Global Search.

Toggle button added to the Task Navigation of Customer Applications. 

The toggle button has been added to the Task navigation of the Customer Applications (LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS). The toggle button has two options “All” and “Current”. The default value of the toggle button is “Current” which shows the current tasks related to the customer. When the toggle button is “All”, it shows all the tasks related to the customer. 

Address Line 1 and  State columns were added to the directory of Organization Applications.

Users can now enjoy improved filtering capabilities and ease of navigation in the directory listings of LTS, SPM, NCO, and CMS modules. The feature introduces a breakdown of entity addresses into distinct components such as address line 1, city, state, and zip code.  With this, we have added two new columns "Address Line 1" and "State" columns. This enhancement provides users with greater visibility and flexibility for filtering entities based on specific address criteria.

Common Features in LTS and SPM. 

The following are the Common features of LTS and SPM. 

Added "Revenue Opportunity" column in LTS and SPM. 

The "Revenue Opportunity" column is added in the directory listing of LTS and SPM. This addition streamlines the process of gaining insights into customer potential by providing a quick overview without the need to navigate to individual details.

Common Features in Applicant Portal, New Hire Portal, and Employee Portal. 

The following are the Common features in the Applicant Portal, New Hire Portal, and Employee Portal. 

SSN and Date of Birth fields can not be edited when i9 is completed. 

Following the completion of the I-9 form, a crucial security measure has been implemented. Individuals are no longer able to edit the Social Security Number (SSN) or Date of Birth information within the system. This restriction ensures the integrity of the I-9 data, aligning with compliance standards and safeguarding the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
