Features added to CMS:

The following features have been added to Customer Management System (CMS).

Added Assignment Schedule Details in Customer Snapshot.

Users will now be able to access two new sections in the Customer Snapshot. The sections are:

• Assignment Schedule as of today. 
• Next five Assignment Schedules. 

These new snapshot sections will provide the required JSM-related overview in CMS.

New columns added to customer directory

AR Balance, Credit Limit and Payment Term are the three new columns that have been added to the customer directory. AR balance column shows the receivable amount from the customer, Credit Limit column shows the credit limit of the customer and Payment Term shows the time limit in which the customer has to clear the receivable amount.

“Last Comment Date” column added to Contact directory

“Last Comment Date” column has been added to contact directory in CMS. This makes it easier to track the latest made communications with Contacts.
