The following features have been added to Applicant Portal.

### Dynamic Category Management in Skill Form for Enhanced Client Customization

The introduction of dynamic categories in the skill form aims to enhance the flexibility and control available to users when managing skills across various offices. Currently, skill categories are hardcoded, limiting customization options. With this feature, categories and corresponding skills will be dynamically fetched from the database, ensuring that only those skills accessible by a specific office (as defined in ATM > Skill > Access) are displayed. This allows for more accurate and relevant skill management tailored to each client’s needs.
