The features added on the Applicant/ New Hire Portal are:

Preferred Name Field Added in Applicant and New Hire Form

A new field, Preferred Name has been added to Applicant and New Hire Form on the Applicant and New Hire Portal. Users can add their preferred names and nicknames other than their legal name. It is not a mandatory field.

Assignment Navigation Revamped

Design changes have been made to the Assignment navigation on the employee portal. The portal looks as shown below.
