# Payroll Administrative System (PAS)

## Features Added on PAS

The features added on PAS are:

### Purchase order Exceptions

Users can now see the warning messages as:

1. “Purchase Order warning amount is greater than balance” when their purchase order warning amount is greater than the available balance
2. “Total bill exceeds purchase order balance” when their total bill amount is greater than purchase order balance
3. “PO number is inactive” if the PO number is inactive while adding assignments, invoices, and timesheets
