Features Added on Employee Portal
The features added to Employee Portal are:
Task Selection and Submission added for the Applicants
As an applicant, new hires, or employees, users can now select the specific list of tasks they want to complete.
To enable the task selection users need to set ‘AllowPortalTaskSelection’ option property true at the office level from the ATM.
After that users need to add the task that can be selected by the applicant by enabling the access to Task Template by opening the Edit workflow form and pre-selecting the Applicant Workflow.
In the Task Template tab, one of the values of ‘Is Required’ must be set to false, and ‘AllowPortalAccess’ must be set to true.
Employees can now self-assign the tasks
Users can self-assign the task after login in for the first time by clicking the ‘+’ button on the bottom right of the landing page.
To enable the task selection users need to set the ‘‘AllowPortalTaskAdd’ option property true at the office level from the ATM.
