The features added on Web Clock are:
Improvement: Time Changes from Portals Now Visible in Customer Web Clock
When users enter time from the web clock, the changes can be seen in the customer portal, employee portal, and timesheet. However, the time updates done from the portals were not visible in the web clock. Therefore, changes have been made to synchronize the changes on both the portals and the web clock.
To demonstrate this feature, we will break down the steps into four parts:
1. Log in to the Customer Portal through the login credentials of a supervisor (role).
Number 1: PPE Date
Number 2: Name of the employee whose time entry will be edited.
Number 3: The time entry to be changed.
Number 4: Logged in as supervisor.
2. Editing the time entry of an employee.
3. Changes are seen in the web clock timesheet of that employee.
4. If we log in to the web clock as a supervisor, the timesheet of the employee should reflect the changes.
