Features added to IMS

The following features have been added to IMS: 

Added columns in Batch Invoicing. 

Users can now have enhanced visibility and information in the "Invoicing" navigation of IMS with the addition of new columns and updates. The "Groupings" tab now includes Department information when "Customer" is selected in the Customer column. Additionally, the "Transaction" tab gains new columns, including "Department," "PO Number," and "Extra 1," facilitating a more comprehensive and informative invoicing experience.

Added a Warning Exception when any of the invoice’s attachments exceeds 19MB. 

Users will now receive a warning notification if any invoices within a batch contain attachments larger than 19MB. This notification covers both Transaction and Invoice attachments. 

To control this feature, you can enable or disable the exception within the ATM.
