# Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

## Features Added on ATS

The features added on ATS are:

### Applicant Timeline by Office

Applicant Timeline by Office bar graph has been added to the dashboard of ATS which represents the average number of days an office takes to move an applicant to a new hire. This is similar to the graph ‘Applicant Timeline by Company’ which shows similar counts at the company level.

### Improvement: Add Applicant

The position of Resume Label while adding an applicant has been moved.

### Improvement: Work End Reason Field Added to Employment Wizard

End Reason filed has been added to the Employment side navigation under Resume Info top navigation of applicant detail. While adding or editing the employment history, users will be able to add the end reason for a previous job/s. Moreover, the Word End Reason will be displayed on the directory of Employment side navigation.
