# User Role Report Enhancements

### Overview

- This feature enhances the User Role report by adding an **Insert Date** column, enabling users to view when each role was assigned.
- It introduces filtering capabilities based on the Insert Date and expands reporting options by including **Assignment Schedule** as a selectable entity.
- These improvements support better tracking of role assignment history, strengthen auditing capabilities, and improve compliance and reporting accuracy for clients.

### Functionality

- **Module/Application:** Reporting modules within Zenople by Aqore where User Role reports are available (Dashboard/BI context such as RMS/DDS).
- A new column named **Insert Date**is added to the User Role report output.
  - Displays the date and time when a user role was initially assigned.
  - If a user role assignment is edited, the column reflects the **latest update timestamp**, treated as the created date.
- A new **Insert Date filter parameter**is introduced.
  - Users can filter report results based on assignment or updated date.
  - Enables targeted reporting for auditing, compliance, and management review purposes.
- The **Entity parameter** now includes a new option: **Assignment Schedule**.
  - When selected, users can view and track user role assignments specifically related to assignment schedules.
- When users interact with the feature:
  - Running the report displays the Insert Date column alongside existing data.
  - Applying filters refines results based on selected dates.
  - Selecting “Assignment Schedule” adjusts report results to show relevant assignment-based role data.
