# User Activity Report Enhancement

This feature updates the User Activity Report in Zenople by Aqore to ensure that login activity data is presented with greater clarity and accuracy. The existing column labeled **“Days Logged In”** currently reflects the number of login instances within a selected date range, which may lead to misinterpretation. To improve transparency, this column is renamed to **“Number of Times Logged In”**, and a new column, **“Days Logged In”**, is introduced to display the count of unique days on which a user logged in.

This enhancement allows clients to more precisely understand user engagement patterns, support internal auditing needs, and strengthen activity tracking across the system.

Key benefits include:

- Improved accuracy of login activity reporting
- Clear distinction between login frequency and unique login days
- Enhanced usability for monitoring compliance and system usage

#### Functionality

1. **Feature Addition**
  - The update appears within the **User Activity Report** available in Zenople’s RMS Module.
  - The existing column labeled **“Days Logged In”** is renamed to **“Number of Times Logged In.”**
  - A new column titled **“Days Logged In”** is added to the same report, presenting unique login-day counts for each user.
2. **Behavior**
  - When the report is generated for a selected date range, the system now displays:
    - **Number of Times Logged In**: Total login occurrences within the date range.
    - **Days Logged In**: Count of unique days on which the user performed at least one login.
  - Both columns populate automatically based on the user’s activity logs.
