Update to the Show I9 Documents in Portal Option Property
This enhancement improves control over the visibility of I-9 and supporting I-9 documents in the Employee Portal. Previously, the visibility of these documents was not consistently managed between employee and office uploads. With this update, the existing option property, now renamed for clarity allows users to uniformly control whether all I-9 related documents are displayed in the Employee Portal.
Functionality
- Updated Option Property:- Name: Show I9 Documents In Portal
- Description: Allows users to control whether uploaded I-9 or supporting I-9 documents from the Review I-9 or I-9 Tasks are visible in the Employee Portal.
 
- Behavior:- True:- All I-9 and supporting I-9 documents are displayed in the Employee Portal.
- Includes documents uploaded by both employees and office staff.
 
- False:- All I-9 and supporting I-9 documents remain hidden from the Employee Portal.
- Applies to documents uploaded by both employees and office staff.
