# Update Referral Source Column in Employee List and Employee Referral Source Report

This enhancement updates referral source information displayed within key reports, ensuring that users can accurately view data captured during different stages of the employee lifecycle.

The update introduces clearer separation between referral information collected in the **Interview** section and the **Additional Info** section. This improves data accuracy, enhances reporting clarity, and ensures more reliable insights for staffing and hiring analysis.

#### Where It Appears

These updates apply to the following reports within **RMS (Reports Management System)**:

- **Employee List Report**
- **Employee Referral Source Report**

#### Updated and New Columns

1. **Interview Referral Source**
  - The existing column previously labeled **“Referral Source”** is now renamed.
  - Pulls data exclusively from the **Interview** navigation in Person Details.
2. **Additional Info Referral Source**
  - A new column added to both reports.
  - Pulls referral data from the **Additional Info** navigation section in Person Details.
