# Uniform Candidate Add Form

## Uniform Candidate Add Form

This feature ensures that the **same set of form fields** is displayed when adding a job candidate across multiple Zenople modules. The goal is to maintain **consistency, accuracy, and ease of data management** during candidate addition.

### Functionality

**1. Feature Addition**

- The candidate add form will now render **identical fields across**the following locations:
  - **ATS, NHO, EIS > Hiring Info > Job Candidate**
  - **CMS > Job and Assignment > Job Candidate**
  - **JCM**
  - **DHM > Talent**

**2. Behavior**

- When a user adds a candidate in any of the above modules, the **same form fields, sequence, labels, and validations** will appear.

**3. Applicability**

- Applies to **Candidate Add functionality** in:
  - **CMS, TJM, JCM, JSM, and Person Application**
