# Timeclock selection for Jobs

## Timeclock selection for Jobs

Users can now select a specific Timeclock when adding or editing jobs. This capability links the job to a configured Timeclock, ensuring that transaction access and time punches are restricted to the selected Timeclock only. This improves accuracy and control over time tracking per job.

### Functionality:

- Timeclocks configured via Web Clock navigation in CMS are presented as selectable options when adding or editing jobs associated with the same customer.
- The Timeclock field in Add/Edit Jobs is optional and available for both Temp Jobs and Scheduled Jobs.
- Employees can only punch time on the selected Timeclock corresponding to their job. The job listings in the Time Clock is impacted by this feature.
- When there is a Timeclock setup in Customer, but there is no Timeclock setup in Job, exception message are set out in the following cases:
  1. Employee Detail
  2. Adding or Editing Assignment
  3. Adding or Editing Assignment Schedules
  4. Adding or Editing Temp Jobs
  5. Adding or Editing Scheduled Jobs
  6. Adding or Editing Timeclock in CMS.
- This feature extends to Mobile Timeclock and Aqore ZenTime ensuring consistent time management across platforms.
