# Task List Report Enhancements

This enhancement adds two new informational columns: **Relates To Status** and **On Assignment**, to the Task List Report in RMS. These columns provide users with immediate clarity regarding the current state of the entity/person associated with each task.

**Why it matters**

- Users often need to understand whether the person or entity linked to a task is active and whether they are currently on assignment.
- Previously, this required navigating away from the report to open individual records.

### **Functionality**

#### ****New Columns Added****

##### **1. Relates To Status**

- Displays the **current status of the entity/person listed in the Relates To column**.
- Typical values may include: **Active**, **Inactive**, **Terminated**, or other system defined lifecycle statuses.
- This helps users identify whether the related person or record is still valid or actionable.

##### **2. On Assignment**

- Indicates whether the **person in the Relates To column is currently on an active assignment**.
- Provides a direct reference to the individual's assignment involvement without opening their record.
