# Tabs for Assigned, Job Candidate, Shortlist, and Available in Scheduled Jobs

This feature introduces four new tabs—**Assign**, **Job Candidate**, **Shortlist**, and **Available**—within the Scheduled Jobs section of the **JSM (Job Schedule Management)** application in Zenople by Aqore. These tabs allow users to easily view individuals linked to a scheduled job based on their status.

Previously, the expand icon only appeared when a scheduled job had assignments. With this enhancement, the expand icon will now appear whenever **any** of the four categories contain data, improving visibility and access to relevant job‑related information.

**Key Benefits**

- Improved transparency into job scheduling details
- Faster access to candidate and worker information
- Enhanced accuracy when managing job schedules
- Better workflow efficiency through consolidated views

### Functionality

- The enhancement appears in the **Scheduled Jobs grid view** inside the **JSM module** of Zenople by Aqore.
- When a user expands a row, the system now displays up to four tabs:
  - **Assign** – Shows persons already assigned to the job
  - **Job Candidate** – Displays candidates considered for the job
  - **Shortlist** – Lists candidates shortlisted for potential assignment
  - **Available** – Shows persons marked as available for the scheduled job
- The expand icon is now displayed **whenever at least one of the above tabs contains data**.
- Users can click any of these tabs to view the corresponding records without navigating away from the Scheduled Jobs screen.
