This feature introduces a new action labeled “Statement” on the CMS Customer Detail page within Zenople. The purpose of this enhancement is to allow users to generate and view a customer’s statement directly from their profile, eliminating the need for navigating multiple screens. This streamlines account management tasks, improves operational efficiency, and ensures quick access to critical financial information.

Functionality

  1. Feature Addition
    • A new action labeled “Statement” will be available in the menu options on the CMS Customer Detail page.
    • This action is accessible for all customers listed in the CMS module.
  2. Behavior
    • When the user clicks the “Statement”action:
      • The system generates a Customer Statement Report for the selected customer.
      • The report includes:
        • Customer ID: Unique identifier of the customer.
        • Include Past Due Only: Displays only past due transactions.
        • Include Unapplied Cash: Yes (ensures unapplied cash is reflected in the statement).
      • The generated statement will be displayed on-screen for review and can be exported if needed.
    • Results should align with RMS reporting for consistency.
  3. Applicability
    • Module: CMS (Customer Management System)
    • Exclusions: Not applicable to other modules outside CMS.
