This feature introduces a new action labeled “Statement” on the CMS Customer Detail page within Zenople. The purpose of this enhancement is to allow users to generate and view a customer’s statement directly from their profile, eliminating the need for navigating multiple screens. This streamlines account management tasks, improves operational efficiency, and ensures quick access to critical financial information.
Functionality
- Feature Addition
- A new action labeled “Statement” will be available in the menu options on the CMS Customer Detail page.
- This action is accessible for all customers listed in the CMS module.
- Behavior
- When the user clicks the “Statement”action:
- The system generates a Customer Statement Report for the selected customer.
- The report includes:
- Customer ID: Unique identifier of the customer.
- Include Past Due Only: Displays only past due transactions.
- Include Unapplied Cash: Yes (ensures unapplied cash is reflected in the statement).
- The generated statement will be displayed on-screen for review and can be exported if needed.
- Results should align with RMS reporting for consistency.
