Standardized Navigation and Actions Across Portals

This feature introduces a consistent set of standard navigation items and actions across all Zenople portals: Applicant, New Hire, Employee, Customer, and Agent, on both web and mobile platforms. The goal is to ensure that users experience uniform navigation behavior, reducing confusion and improving usability, while preserving client-specific customizations.

Functionality

1. Feature Addition

  • Implement standard navigation structure .
  • Apply uniform navigation actions across all portals (Web and Mobile).
  • Remove redundant Refresh action from mobile navigation bars (as pull-to-refresh is supported).

2. Behavior

  • Navigation items will appear consistently across portals as per the standard defined in the document.
  • Actions such as Add, Edit, Delete, Download, Approve, Reject will behave uniformly across all portals.
  • Refresh action removed from mobile navigation bars (pull-to-refresh supported).
  • Hardcoded View and Download actions in mobile have been replaced with standard navigation actions.

3. Applicability

  • Applies to Applicant, New Hire, Employee, Customer, and Agent Portals (Web and Mobile).
  • No removal or addition of client-specific customizations.

 

Additional Notes

  • Mobile navigation will rely on pull-to-refresh for data updates.
  • This update ensures compliance with usability standards and avoids redundant actions.
