# Standardized Agency Type Dropdown Options in Agency Navigation

The **Agency Type** dropdown in Agency Navigation now uses standardized options. This makes selection more consistent across agency records and improves data quality for users maintaining agency information.

### How to Use

1. Open **Agency Navigation** in **APS** and add or edit an agency record. -> The **Agency Type** field now shows the standardized option list.
2. The list of Agency type is consistent with the list of agency available in ATM > Agency.
3. Select the option that best matches the agency. -> The choice uses the updated, consistent dropdown values.
4. Save the record. -> Agency records now use more uniform type values across the system.
