# Standard Assignment List Report Column Enhancements

### Overview

This enhancement adds new assignment reporting fields to the Standard Assignment List Report. It helps users view more complete worksite and assignment details directly in a single report without needing to look up information in multiple places.

Key benefits include better visibility into assignment location information, improved export usefulness, and easier reporting by employee type while preserving existing report behavior.

### Functionality

This enhancement is available within the following Zenople by Aqore reporting area:

- Standard Assignment List Report

It applies specifically to the following report output:

- On-screen Assignment List Report results
- Exported Assignment List Report output

Users can:

- View a new Worksite Address column in the report.
- View a new Employee Type column in the report.
- View a new Address 1 column in the report.
- Export the same added columns in report output.

The added report data is sourced from the assignment, job, and linked worksite address records so that users can review assignment-level worksite details together in one place.

When interacting with the report:

- If worksite address data exists, the report shows the formatted worksite address in the new Worksite Address column.
- If address line 1 exists, it is shown separately in the new Address 1 column.
- If employee type is available on the assignment, it appears in the new Employee Type column.
- If any of these values are missing, the report continues to run and the related fields remain blank.

Existing report columns such as Worksite City and Worksite State remain available.
