Introduction
A Staff Activity Dashboard is a visual tool that tracks office staff performance, task allocation, and client interactions over a defined period. It provides managers and team members with clear insights into productivity and work patterns through charts and graphs, offering a concise overview of individual and team contributions. This feature is available through the Productivity Board section in the DDS application. To view the staff activity log, a productivity card is required. By navigating to the Productivity Board and setting up a new productivity, the corresponding card will be available. Selecting a productivity card from the board will display the staff activity log.

The purpose of this chart is to illustrate the potential transition from prospect to customer. It is presented in the form of a workflow diagram, providing a clear visual representation of each stage in the conversion process. The data used to create this chart is sourced from the Finish Line system, ensuring accuracy and relevance to the current business context.
Top 10 Customer’s Sales Activities
The purpose of this chart is to provide a summary of top sales interactions using a workflow diagram format. It visualizes transactions initiated by users, irrespective of their designated roles. In instances where an office staff member holds multiple roles—such as acting as both the "Placed By" and "Recruiter"—the data is carefully deduplicated to ensure that each transaction is counted only once, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the summary.
Top 10 Comments
This vertical bar chart presents the most common categories of comments recorded by office staff. It captures comments linked to specific entities, offering a visual summary of recurring topics. The detailed view includes the comment type, category, and the corresponding entity, providing a comprehensive understanding of the context and nature of each comment.
Top 10 Completed Tasks
This donut chart presents the top 10 task distributions by type or category, with percentage labels for clear representation. It highlights tasks that have been completed by office staff, specifically focusing on those that were directly assigned to them. The chart offers a concise visual breakdown of how various task types are allocated and completed within the team.
Top 10 Job Insights by Customer
This horizontal stacked bar chart displays the volume of job openings or insights for each customer, based on entries created by office staff. Currently, the chart includes only temp jobs. These jobs are categorized as Newly Created, Started, or Ended, determined by their respective start dates, offering a clear breakdown of job activity and status across different customers.

This horizontal bar chart illustrates the distribution of assignments by customer, highlighting the volume and type of assignments created. It includes various assignment types recorded at the time of creation, such as Regular Assignments, Replacement Assignments, Reassignments, and Overplaced Assignments, providing a comprehensive view of how assignments are allocated across customers

The Staff Activity Dashboard offers a snapshot of employee activities—comments, tasks, jobs, and assignments—supporting performance tracking and client engagement. Interactive features like filters and “View Details” enable efficient monitoring of productivity and task distribution.
