# Source column in Assignment List report

## **Assignment List Report - Added "Data Source" Column**

**Overview:** This feature enhances the Assignment List Report by adding a new "Data Source" column, which retrieves values from the "Data Source" field under Hiring Info >> Additional Information. This addition provides users with comprehensive information about the origin of candidates (e.g., Talroo, Indeed), improving reporting accuracy and insight into employee sourcing.

**Functionality:**

- **Data Retrieval:** The "Data Source" column pulls its value directly from the "Data Source" field in the Hiring Info >> Additional Information section of each employee's record.
- **Display:** The column shows the specific source (e.g., Talroo, Indeed) for each candidate, enhancing visibility into recruitment channels.
