# SMS Template

This feature introduces an in-system SMS/Text Template management capability within Zenople, similar to the existing Email Template Builder. Authorized users can now create, edit, and delete SMS templates directly from the application

#### Functionality

#### Feature Addition

- The feature is accessible in **ATM > Template Builder > SMS Template**.
- Access to this section is restricted to **authorized roles** (for example, Admin or other designated roles as configured by the client).
- Only users with appropriate permissions can:
  - View the list of SMS templates.
  - Add new SMS templates.
  - Edit existing SMS templates.
  - Update template status.

#### Behavior

#### Adding New SMS Templates

When an authorized user navigates to **ATM> Template Builder > SMS Template**, they can create a new SMS template with the following capabilities:

Click **Add** to open the template creation panel. On the left side, complete the required fields:

- **Template:** A unique identifier for the SMS template.
- **Description:** A brief, descriptive title that appears during template selection.
- **Application:** Select the applicable module(s) from the dropdown (e.g., Applicant, New Hire, Employee, Assignment, Job Candidate, Contact, Customer, Direct Hire Job, Schedule Job).
- **Status:** Set the template as **Active** or **Inactive** to manage its availability.
- **Tag Category:** Select the appropriate tag type to add tags, which can be copied and pasted while drafting the SMS.

The right side of the screen includes a **Message Body** field, where the SMS template content can be drafted.

**Note:** Email Template Builder is now available under Template Builder as “Email Template”.
