# Shift Information in Job Listings

## **Improvement in Shift Display Across Recruitment and Job Scheduling Modules**

This enhancement improves shift information visibility for users across multiple recruitment and scheduling processes by displaying shift details in a “Start Time – End Time | Shift Name” format. Users can now view actual shift times alongside the shift name, aiding better decision-making during candidate selection and assignment creation.

### Key Functionality

- Location
  - In the Job dropdown while Adding/Editin Job Candidate from:

- ATS, NHO, EIS directory
- ATS, NHO, EIS > Job Candidate navigation
- CMS > Job Candidate
- JCM directory
- Resume Import

1. In the Job dropdown and display while Adding Assignment from:
  - EIS > Assignment
  - CMS> Assignment
  - AMS directory
  - CMS > Assignment
  - AMS > Directory
2. In the Shift dropdown while adding/editing Temp Job from:
  - CMS
  - TJM
3. In the Shift dropdown while adding/editing Job Schedule in JSM> Add Job
  - CMS
  - JSM
  - JSM> Schedule
4. Job Position> Rate Type: Shift Markup> Shift Dropdown from:
  - CMS
  - NCO

- Display Format:
  - All shift details are presented as:  
“Start Time – End Time | Shift Name”
