## Sharing Person Automatically to the job office

This feature enables users from one office to access the profile and application details of an employee from another office who has applied for a job in their office, streamlining candidate visibility in the system. For example, if an employee from the Tacoma office applies to a job posted by the Olympia office, Olympia users can view the employee’s profile and application details, while branches not involved with the job posting or the applicant are restricted from accessing this information. The shared employee record will appear in the Person application directories (ATS, NHO, EIS, JCM), inheriting all relevant properties of a shared entity. The feature ensures that the job itself is not shared with the employee’s home office, and when a job candidate is manually added by office staff, the employee’s profile is not shared with the job’s office if their home office differs, maintaining data privacy and enhancing recruitment efficiency for clients managing multi-office operations.

The "**EnableEmployeeShare**" option, added in the ATM > Settings > Option Property (Entity: Office, Option: Job Candidate, Default Value: FALSE), controls the automatic sharing of a candidate's profile with the job-posting office when they apply for a job in a different branch. When set to TRUE, this option ensures that the employee’s profile is visible to the job-posting office and is automatically indicated as checked on the entity share office selection screen. This setting allows clients to manage cross-office visibility efficiently, ensuring that only relevant offices access applicant data while maintaining control over data privacy for uninvolved branches.
