# Self-Assign Message Update

This feature updates the message displayed to employees within Zenople by Aqore when attempting to self-assign to a job through the *Pick Job* action. The enhancement ensures clearer communication in situations where self-assignment is enabled, but the user cannot be automatically assigned, as well as when the self-assignment process succeeds or fails.

This update improves user clarity, reduces confusion, and enhances the overall user experience when engaging with job assignment workflows.

**Functionality**

1. **Feature Addition**
  - Updated confirmation messages appear in the Zenople job portal, where the *Pick Job* action triggers a self‑assignment attempt.
  - No new UI components are introduced; only message text is updated.
2. **Behavior**

The system now displays updated messaging based on the result of the self‑assignment attempt:

**a. When Pick Job Initiates Self‑Assign but the Process Fails** Message displayed: **“Your assignment request has been received. You will be contacted soon for further details.”**

**b. When Self‑Assign Process Succeeds** Message remains unchanged: **“You have successfully been assigned to this job. Please verify the details in the email or in the Assignment navigation.”**
