# Screening Questions Availability with Mandatory Resume Requirement for Indeed Job Postings

This feature enables Office Staff to include screening questions in Indeed job postings without making the resume field optional. Previously, screening questions were only available when the resume field was optional, limiting the ability to filter applicants effectively. This enhancement improves applicant quality, streamlines candidate evaluation, and supports more efficient recruitment processes by allowing both mandatory resumes and flexible screening questions.

**Functionality**

- This feature is available during job creation and posting workflows within Zenople, specifically when publishing jobs to Indeed.
- Office Staff can mark the resume field as mandatory while configuring job postings.
- When the resume field is set as mandatory, the screening questions section becomes enabled and accessible within the job posting interface.
- Users can add, edit, or remove screening questions at any time, regardless of whether the resume field is mandatory or optional.
- The system allows job postings to be submitted even if no screening questions are configured, ensuring flexibility in the posting process.
