The following features have been added to existing reports:
Enhance Missing Time Card Report with Assignment Schedules and Job Recruiter
This feature adds Assignment Schedules for JSM to the Missing Time Card Report alongside Temp Job Assignments, enabling users to track missing timesheets, and updates the recruiter data to pull from the Job instead of PersonUserType. The aim is to boost tracking precision. Functionally, Assignment Schedules are included, the recruiter is sourced from the Job, the Job Type column supports filtering, sorting, and grouping, and it works in dark mode.
Scheduled Jobs included in Job Info Report
This feature allows users to see Scheduled Jobs in the Job Info Report, aiding JSM users in auditing Scheduled Job data and metrics. The goal is to enhance reporting capabilities. Functionally, Scheduled Jobs are added to the report, a multi-select job-type parameter is included, and Job Type appears in both the parameter and report column, alongside Temp Jobs and Direct Hire Jobs. The Company column supports filtering, sorting, and grouping, with the feature working in dark mode.
Update Report a Logic for Automation User Comments
This feature updates the report logic across all comment-applicable reports to reflect comments from automation users, improving access control and data visibility for users. Functionally, the report logic are revised to include automation user comments, applied consistently across relevant reports, with the automation user as a comment parameter and their comments displayed.
