## Push Notifications for Job Recommendations Based on Idle Status and Job Match

Employees want to receive timely push notifications about job recommendations when they are in an idle state, and their skills align with the job requirements or they are geographically near the job site. This feature leverages AI candidate recommendations, matching employee profiles with jobs in the Zenople job portal, facilitating quick and relevant job application opportunities.

### Functionality

- Idle State Trigger:
  - Push notifications are sent only when the employee is in an idle state, indicating availability for new job opportunities.
- AI Candidate Recommendation Integration:
  - Uses the existing AI candidate recommendation engine (like the web version) to find suitable job matches based on:
    - Skill alignment between the employee and the job requirements.
    - Geographic proximity, within the distance set in the "**Max Recommendation Distance (Miles)**" field when adding or editing jobs (e.g., within 50 miles of the job site).
- Job Source Restriction:
  - Recommendations and notifications are sent only for jobs posted on the Zenople job portal to ensure relevancy.
- Push Notification Delivery:
  - Notifications are pushed directly to the employee’s mobile device to ensure prompt awareness.
