# Productivity Goal Sharing

## Share Productivity Goals

Users can now share their productivity goals with other users directly from the DDS> Productivity Board for improved collaboration and visibility. The new Share option on Productivity Goals cards enables quick sharing, with controlled access and clear identification of shared items.

### Functionality

**Share Option:**

Each Productivity Goal card has a Share button. Users can choose one or more recipients.

**Data Access:**

Access is managed exactly as with Favorite Share and Email Profile Share. Recipients only see what they’re allowed to see depending upon their data access.

**Visibility:**

- Shared productivity goals show a **"Shared"** label.
- Shared goal and assigned goal items for the same person appear on separate card views.
- In the recipient list while sharing, the owner’s (i.e., the individual who created the goal) name is hidden.
- The shared goals are also rolled up to higher frequencies for seamless tracking of each goal at a granular level.
- An "Eye View" icon is displayed when a goal is actively in progress.
