# Person ID Column in  Assign navigation Tabs

## **Person Id column added in Worked Before, Job Candidate, Shortlist and Available Tabs in JSM**

To enhance candidate identification and tracking in the recruitment workflow, a new “Person ID” column has been introduced across multiple tabs within the Assign navigation of the Job Schedule Management (JSM) module. This unique identifier increases clarity and efficiency for office staff managing candidate lists.

### Functionality:

1. The Person ID column is added in the following tabs under the Assign navigation in JSM:

1. Worked Before
2. Job Candidate
3. Shortlist
4. Available

1. The Person ID column appears by default immediately before the Title column on all listed tabs.
2. The "Person ID" column will be sortable and filterable.
