# Payroll Processing – LLH Error Handling

- **What the feature is**  
This enhancement ensures that payroll processing in Zenople by Aqore actively validates LLH during execution and immediately stops the process if an LLH-related issue occurs.

**Functionality**

- **Where it appears in Zenople / applicable modules**
  - Back Office: Payroll processing flow within Zenople
- **New UI elements or settings**
  - A system-generated error message displayed on the payroll processing user interface
  - A warning exception entry shown in the payroll exception stage
- **What happens when users interact with the feature**
  - During payroll processing, the system validates LLH status.
  - If an LLH issue is detected, the payroll process is immediately halted.
  - A clear error message is displayed on the UI, for example:  
*“Payroll process halted due to LLH error: [Error Details]”*
  - The issue is recorded and displayed as a warning exception in the exception stage of payroll processing, allowing Payroll Administrators to review and resolve the problem before reprocessing.
