# Optimized I-9 Log Report

### Overview

This enhancement updates the I-9 Log Report to exclude entries where the action was only Viewed. It helps Office Staff users review cleaner, more meaningful I-9 activity for compliance and audit purposes by removing non-actionable view records from the report.

Key benefits include improved report clarity, more relevant audit visibility, and no disruption to existing report filters or export behavior.

- Users will now experience the following behavior:
- **Viewed actions no longer appear in the I-9 Log Report.**
- Meaningful I-9 actions such as create, save, submit, reject, reopen, archive, and complete continue to appear.
- The same exclusion logic applies to exported versions of the report.
- Existing report filters and parameters continue to work without change.

When interacting with the report:

- If an I-9 activity is only a view event, it is excluded from the report output.
- If an I-9 activity reflects an actual change or workflow action, it continues to display normally.
- The update improves readability by reducing noise from non-essential activity.
- Existing reports remain functionally the same unless they previously included viewed activity in the results.
