- **User interaction behavior**
  - Creating a Next Step task from any supported application or from the contact comment section displays the appropriate arrow next to the associated customer.
  - When a Next Step task is marked as completed, a pop-up message appears:
    - *“Do you want to add another next step task?”*
  - If multiple office staff create Next Step tasks for the same customer, the arrow indicator remains visible until all Next Step tasks are completed.
  - Once all Next Step tasks are completed or archived, the arrow indicator is automatically hidden or disabled.
  - When a next-step task exists for a department within a customer, the arrow indicator will be displayed next to the department name instead of the primary organization name.
  - When a department with an existing next-step task is transferred from one customer to another, the arrow indicator will be displayed next to the department name under the customer to which it was transferred.
  - When a customer with an existing next-step task is merged with another customer, the arrow indicator will also be displayed next to the active merged customer name.
