# New Release Message

This feature introduces an automatic release notification banner within Zenople by Aqore to inform office staff when a new release version goes live.

Instead of relying on separate email communication, office staff will see a clear, in-system message that highlights the latest release and provides direct access to the detailed release documentation.

Functionality

- A release notification message is displayed to office staff within Zenople whenever a new **release version** of the system goes live.
- The message will appear as a footer banner.
- The message displaying mechanism will be configured based on a new company level option property called “Send Release Message On Platform” which allows the selection of roles for which the message will be displayed.
- The default value of the option property will be “Admin” role.
- The system automatically displays the new release notification message to office staff, using the configured version number and documentation link based on the option property.
- Office staff can close or dismiss the message.
- Once the message is dismissed, it will no longer be shown to that user for that specific release version.
