# N/A option on I-9 Document Expiration Field

## Insert "N/A" in Document Expiration Field When No Expiration Date Exists (I-9 Compliance)

This feature allows users completing Section 1 of Form I-9 to have the system auto-insert "N/A" in the Document Expiration Date field for non-expiring employment eligibility documents (e.g., refugees, asylees, Micronesia/Marshall Islands/Palau citizens), ensuring USCIS compliance and avoiding errors.

### Functionality

- "N/A" is auto-filled per USCIS guidelines across employee/employer views, including Standalone Supplement B and Supplement B.
