# Multiple Batch Creation based on Office for Time Clock

## Multiple Batch Creation by Office for Timeclock Transactions

This feature enables automatic creation of separate Timeclock Transaction Batches for each office when multiple offices share the same timeclock device. This segregation prevents mixing transactions from different offices in a single batch, thereby avoiding data access and compliance issues.

### Key Functionality

- **Batch Separation Option Property:**
  - **Name:** Auto Transaction Batch Creation in Office Level
  - **Entity:** Company
  - **Option:** Timesheet
  - **Option Values:** Yes, No
  - **Default Value:** No
  - **Description:** Enables or disables automatic segregation of timesheet batches by office level.
- **Behavior:**
  - When set to **Yes**, the system automatically creates **separate transaction batches for each office** when processing Timeclock transactions.
  - When set to **No** (default), batches are created without office-level segregation, potentially mixing transactions from multiple offices.
- **Scope:**
  - Applies to **automatic batch creation** only.
  - **Excludes** import and manual batch creation processes.
