TMS (Timesheet & Timeclock) Issues
1. Timesheet & Transaction Logic
- Auto-Populated Bill Rate Cannot Be Removed
Bill rate appears automatically on the timesheet after performing actions (e.g., View Batch Report, Filter, Close). It is not removable and only appears if an Assignment Rate exists. - Break Hour Not Updating After Clearing Break In/Out
Clearing Break Out and Break In values on the Office Staff > Timesheet does not update the Break Hour, especially for transactions submitted via the Contact Portal using a 4-punch template. - Manual Transaction Not Created for Ended Assignments
If the assignment ended before the PPE start date, manually created transactions fail, returning “0 transaction created” despite user action. - Approval Blocked for Pay Unit 0 with Break Hours
In the Contact Portal, transactions with zero pay units but valid break hours cannot be approved.
2. Timeclock Behavior
- Random Timeclock ID Assignment When Address Matches
When multiple timeclocks share the same address, transactions are randomly tagged to one of them, causing tracking inaccuracies. - Clock-in Fails After Timeclock Address is Changed
After updating a timeclock's address, employees are unable to clock in. An error prompts users to open a new tab to retry. - Incomplete Previous Day Entry Carries Over
If a time entry lacks a clock-out, it reappears on the next day’s screen due to misconfigured Day Start and Day End settings.
Dashboard & Directory Issues
1. DDS Dashboard
- Widgets Not Reflecting Selected Dimensions
DDS dashboard widgets do not update or reflect data based on the selected dimension, leading to incorrect visualizations.
2. Directory Page
- Incorrect Filter Behavior When Performing Actions
Using "All Page" and column filters on the Directory page shows fewer people than expected for bulk directory actions.
Reports and Job Rate Issues
1. Reports
- Dropdown Alignment Issue on Low Resolutions
In spreadsheet reports, long dropdown values appear misaligned (floating above their columns) when used on smaller screen resolutions.
2. Job Rate & Markup
- OT Rate Inconsistency After Markup Update
Updating the Pay Rate from the TJM Job Edit screen correctly updates OT rate there, but the Job Rate screen still displays the old OT rate, causing transactional inconsistencies.
