# Known Issue (Mobile Application)

### **OCR Scanner (iOS Only):**

On iOS devices, the OCR Scanner displays an error message during scanning, even though it successfully retrieves data. Users can still complete the scan and add contacts or customers. This issue will be addressed with the highest priority in the next release.
