# Job status filter in JCM

## Job Status Filter and Column in JCM and Related Modules

This feature enhances Zenople’s Job Candidate Management (JCM) directory and related modules (ATS, NHO, EIS > Job Candidate, CMS > Job Candidate) by adding Job Status as a filter and column. In the JCM directory, users can filter job candidates using a multi-select dropdown for Job Status and include Job Status in the directory column selector, with support for ordering and sorting. The Job Status column is added to all JCM directory workflows and the specified modules (ATS, NHO, EIS, CMS > Job Candidate), but excluded from TJM or other jobs where Job Status is already displayed on the detail page. The feature improves candidate management by enabling users to efficiently filter and view candidates based on Job Status, enhancing usability and workflow efficiency across web and mobile platforms.
