# JCM Task Selection in Productivity Template within DDS

This feature introduces the ability to select **Job Candidate Task (JCM Task)** within the productivity template while setting up a productivity board in **DDS (Dynamic Dashboard System)**. It enables users to define productivity goals specifically aligned with JCM-related activities, ensuring better tracking and measurement of candidate task performance.

### Functionality

**1. Feature Addition**

- **Location:** Productivity Template setup screen in **DDS**.
- **New UI Element:**
  - **Entity:** Person
  - **Description:** “Measures the total number of tasks per job candidate on the task template parameter.”
  - **Dropdown Field:** **Value** with multi-select functionality listing all standard JCM tasks for all workflow stages.

**2. Behavior**

- When setting up a productivity board, users can select **Job Candidate Task** as part of the template.
- Upon selecting **JCM Task** from the dropdown, the system allows defining goals similar to existing productivity goal behavior.
- The dropdown displays all standard JCM tasks across workflow stages.
- Access to JCM Task selection is governed by the user’s data access permissions.
