# Overview

## About Job Candidate Management (JCM)

Job Candidate Management is an application that allows users to manage candidates for jobs altogether. There are two workflows in JCM. They are:

- Direct Hire Management Job Candidate
- Job Candidate

Direct Hire Management Job Candidate workflow will display the Job Candidate records that are added from the Talent top navigation of the Direct Hire Job Detail in the Direct Hire Management (DHM) application. The talent may be applicants, new hires, or employees.

Job Candidate workflow will display candidate records that are added from the Candidate top navigation in the Temp Job Management (TJM ) application and the candidates can also be added from ATS/ NHO/ EIS applications.

There are two main navigations in JCM. They are:

- Dashboard
- Job Candidate
