# Introduction of Look Back Data Comparison Report

### "Look Back Data Comparison" Report

Users require a comprehensive tool to compare historical data within the RMS module for identifying trends, gaps, and discrepancies over selectable time frames. The "Look Back Data Comparison" report addresses this need by providing dynamic, multi-parameter spreadsheet reporting tailored for detailed financial and operational comparisons.

**Key Functionality**

- Report Characteristics:
  - Name: Look Back Data Comparison
  - Display Location: RMS Module
  - Type: Spreadsheet report for detailed tabular data analysis.
  - Description: Facilitates comparison of data across multiple factors and options within selected parameters.

Columns are dynamically generated based on parameters; therefore, monetary fields are not summed in a grand total to maintain data integrity.
