# Favorite Actions Enhancements for Job Candidates in JSM

## Favorite Actions Enhancements for Job Candidates in JSM > Assign

To improve candidate recruitment efficiency and accelerate time-to-fill, new favorite actions have been added specifically on the **Job Candidate** tab within the JSM > Assign navigation. These additions enhance direct management capabilities on each tab, particularly for Job Candidates, supporting client access control and data editing workflows.

### Functionality

#### **New Favorite Actions that have been Added:**

1. **Allow Client Access:**
  - Enables granting client access to specific Job Candidates.
  - Includes an integrated **document viewer** to preview related candidate documents directly within the action.
2. **Remove Client Access:**
  - Allows revoking client access for candidates previously granted.
  - This action applies only to Job Candidates tabs.
3. **Edit:**
  - Allows editing candidate details directly from the tab.
