This feature alerts users when a Sales Tax rate has expired, meaning it has passed its last valid end date with no new rate set up to replace it. This ensures that outdated sales tax rates are identified promptly, helping maintain accuracy and compliance in payroll and billing calculations.

### Functionality:

- The system checks whether any Sales Tax rates have expired and lack a replacement rate.
- The exception runs in the following Exception Stages:
  - Timesheet Batch
  - Invoice Batch Exception Before Process
- This warning prompts users to update their sales tax configuration, preventing the use of invalid tax rates in financial transactions.
- The exception is classified as System-Level.
